About the workshop and this site

Aidtrade.ai runs a one-day, hands-on learn-and-build workshop in Melbourne for Australian solo operators and small teams. You build one AI employee for a chosen admin task, under your guidance, and learn to manage it and build more.

The Claim Your Seat links take you to pricing. The pricing button does not currently take payment or reserve a seat. Final booking details will be provided before payment.

The workshop

A seat is $499 AUD per person. Prices are in AUD. The seat and Plus-One Pass prices include GST. Your seat includes: Setup help before the day, plus a call if you get stuck; Two admin bottlenecks identified and named for your agent to solve; A full day building in person with guidance at your side; Built inside your own accounts — your data stays yours; Lunch included; Agent templates and build-step video replays you keep; Certificate of Completion; 30 days of free Help Hub access.

The morning covers understanding AI and identifying your two admin bottlenecks. In the afternoon, you customise a ready-made Claude template for one chosen task, connect your authorised tools and test the agent with guidance from Dmitri. Identifying two bottlenecks does not mean building two separate agents.

Bring your work laptop and charger. Wi-Fi, coffee, tea and lunch are provided. The Certificate of Completion records your participation; it is not an accredited qualification.

The Plus-One Pass is $249 AUD, incl. GST, for a spouse, business partner or office manager attending with the main ticket holder. It is not sold separately. Same business, same agent — not a second build.

Help Hub after the workshop

Your first 30 days are included. After that, joining is optional at $49 AUD/month for the private community, monthly live group help call and a new time-saving template each month. Continue only if you choose to join. No automatic paid enrolment after your free 30 days.

Cancel any time — no obligation after your 30 free days.

Any longer-term discounted plans, their prices and billing terms will be confirmed before they are offered. No discounted plan is currently sold on this site.

What isn’t included

Third-party subscriptions and usage charges are not included. You build inside your own AI accounts and everyday business tools. Free tiers may be available, but provider limits, charges and terms apply.

Allow around $30 AUD/month for an AI subscription, plus approximately $30–$40/month if your build needs an app. These are estimates; provider plans, usage and your chosen tools determine the actual cost.

The time-value calculator illustrates 5 hours per week over 52 weeks at the hourly value you enter. It includes Claude at an estimated $30 AUD/month ($360 AUD/year) in the net annual value and break-even calculation. Any additional app costs are excluded. Recovered time value is not guaranteed cash savings, revenue or a promised payback.

Your side of it

Complete the 15-minute account and connection checklist at least one week before the workshop, and identify your two biggest admin chores. Short videos are provided, with personal phone help from Dmitri if you are stuck.

Bring only business information you’re authorised to use with your chosen tools. Your agent starts by preparing drafts for your approval — nothing is actioned until you say so. You decide whether and when it can act autonomously, and remain responsible for its permissions, settings and outputs.

You control the accounts your agent runs in. Do not give us account passwords or credentials; if you need setup assistance, share only what is necessary and authorised.

AI can make mistakes. Check results before using them, especially anything affecting customers, payments or business decisions. Connections depend on your software, access permissions and provider limits; we do not promise every tool will integrate.

What we teach is practical, not professional advice. Nothing in a workshop or on this site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice — take those to your own adviser.

Time savings and business outcomes

By 5:00 PM you leave with one working AI agent.

It’s our best aim and intention — we built the day to get you five-plus hours a week back — but results vary with your tasks, your data and how much you use the agent.

The five-hour figure is an aim, not a guarantee or a measured customer average. What “working” means for your chosen task, and any applicable refund conditions, will be confirmed in writing before you pay. We do not promise a revenue increase or cash saving. Client stories describe those clients’ experiences, not a result guaranteed for every attendee.

Dates, changes and cancellations

The workshop is planned for Friday 22 January 2027 in Melbourne CBD, 9am - 5pm. Capped at 10 people, including Plus-One attendees. Exact venue, booking, cancellation and refund terms will be confirmed in writing before payment.

If we have to move or cancel a session, we’ll tell you the same way and arrange a transfer or a refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
